If there is one place to try something truly unique from this select list of Peruvian restaurants, it is Chifa Du Kang. It’s a place that gives a place to a gastronomy that was born in Peru after the encounter of Chinese migrants with the Inca people: Chifa food.

They started with one restaurant in Aruba in 1993 and soon made inroads in South Florida. Today, the acceptance has been such that they have not only expanded as a nationwide chain of restaurants, but have begun to allow franchising.
It has been recognized in newspapers and magazines such as Restaurant Review Magazine which awarded them the titles of “Best Peruvian Restaurant of the Year” in 2003, “Best Peruvian Family Style Restaurant” in 2004 and also “Best Peruvian Cuisine in Fort Lauderdale 2007”.

The executive chef of this restaurant is Diego Oka since 2014, who strives to offer diners the authentic flavours of Peruvian cuisine, as well as cocktails.
