This is an iconic restaurant with more than six decades of operations in Florida, where it was founded as a family business and continues to operate in the same manner. Golden Rule Seafood is both a classic seafood market and a full service restaurant specializing in serving locally inspired seafood dishes.
Golden Rule Seafood prides itself on its large supply of blue crabs, which they catch daily to offer a fresh product, any day of the week. Among other products they also offer stone crabs, snapper, grouper, mackerel, mahi-mahi and their well known and popular pink shrimp from Key West. They also offer other seafood selections.
Their restaurant is described as an informal atmosphere with no dress code, which is located underneath the family home known as the Grande tiki hut. Where they invite diners to dine on their buffalo shrimp and Caribbean fried conch, a classic Maine lobster roll, blackened fish tacos and more.
